The system has a lot of confirmation and authentication every time you click something you have to authenticate it. The app should be hassle free. It takes a lot of time and effort using this system. It should be hassle free app especially to this system because a lot of person using this for hospitalization, consultation or whatsoever. They’re unwell like me and this one stressing me out.

It should be hassle free app especially to this system because a lot of person using this for hospitalization, consultation or whatsoever. They’re unwell like me and this one stressing me out.

I don’t understand why I can’t see the hospital in the app or even the link they provided, even though that hospital was accredited, including the doctor. And they said that because of my coverage? The heck! So they won’t allow any hospital for outpatient?! Only in patient? What’s wrong with this… I have been a user of intellicare/avega but I haven’t encountered as sad as this. So I tried asking for help with my company since I heard that others have access outpatient even if it was a hospital. And it did go through! Why need to do this?! It’s so hassle every time we request, we should go through the company!

I filed a request for diagnostics. May isang diagnostic center I selected na walang available doctor which is fine because I only need the tests. Pinapapili ako ng doctor when wala ngang doctor sa selected diagnostic center so hindi ako makapagproceed! I tried doing an express request. I was able to finally send a request and got the confirmation that they would give me the files I’ll be needing to proceed within 24 hrs pero wala sila binigay. 5 araw na, wala pa rin. Napakabagal din ng app nila. May mga buttons na swertihan kung gagana o hindi. The design of the app and their service need a lot of improvement! Simpleng pagfill out ng fields hindi maayos because they are requiring unanswerable fields in order to proceed.

Maintenance every week is ok as long as it’s tested afterwards. Worst case is we’re not getting the basic functionality that the app should do in the first place. Hello maybe it’s time to check on who develops and maintains your app. Please do internal testing perhaps before deployment? ❓
