Hello xanderfufu, Thank you very much for your feedback! Your concerns are also our concerns, and we have just released a new version with several improvements for this. Now hosts can mute unpolite viewers easily by long pressing the viewers' comment. Blacklist words were also prevented and we are still working on improving the list. Please update to our newest version to enjoy the best experience. For any other feedback, please email us your problem at support@tevi.com.Respectfully,Tevi team
Paying Star for Very Live issue
hshdjdnzxncnnx
Paying 1star for every time i wanted to go live update is not good. Yes its just only 1 star but a big bad impact to all streamers because they need to prepare/reserve stars for our go live. And its very hard because exchange stars in web is not already available... and most of the time we have a technique to end the live and live again to fix the bugs and to earn new stars... means re-live technique is very hard to do in new update. Please and i hope its free to go live again. Thank you
Crashing
Benoch&Tamvin
The latest version of the app seems to be crashing a lot. I’ve been trying to use it, but it keeps crashing every time i open it, making it pretty much unusable. Im not sure if it’s just me or others are experiencing the same issue. If there’s any way you could look into this and maybe release a fix or update, that would be awesome.

Developer Response
Hi, we're sorry for your bad experience with us. For your information, we only deduct a service fee of 5% from revenue that generated during live to maintain our system, so that we could keep providing creators with all services. Also, joining MCN is not a must. You have a free will to work with MCN and if you choose not to, your revenue from livestreams only get deducted with a 5% of service fee. For more information about what fee we charge, please refer to: https://support.tevi.com/portal/en/kb/articles/types-of-fee-in-tevi. Thank you for your feedback.
