Cannot open the app game

At present, the Monopoly GO app is not opening on my device. When I attempt to launch the application, it either remains stuck on the loading screen or closes immediately without displaying any error message. As a result, I am unable to log in to my account or continue playing the game.To resolve the issue on my own, I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting my device, checking and switching my internet connection (Wi-Fi and mobile data), clearing background apps, and attempting to reopen the game multiple times. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem.This issue has been ongoing and is affecting my ability to participate in the game, including time-limited events and rewards. I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and providing a solution so I may regain full access to my account as soon as possible.

Scopely, your people have to get it together. Your dev has made this season impossible to enjoy. Your customer service is terrible and almost non existent. All the changes implemented this update has made people question if it is still a game. It is almost impossible to get 4 or 5 stars. Even 1 2 and 3 gold stars are very hard to get. Even when you do, the effort of completing your albums is not being rewarded enough. You barely get anywhere with 1000 dice, and you get what - 200 dice per set? Your sticker sets worth $99 isnt even worth investing on coz you have to spend at least 8k dice just to complete milestones. The wheelboost isnt helping. We were hanging out - a group of 6 friends and did it together. With at least 16 spins each - only 1 person got a blue pack. It takes billions of money to build your buildings to get dups. Even the tournament milestones are harder to complete now. Imagine spending 6k dice and only completing half of the milestones. 6k dice was enough to complete all 25 and even 30 in the past. Even if I win first place - 1,500 dice is just not worth it. And its even adjusted to 2hrs later - thats 2am in the PH! And your albums REQUIRE winning tournaments for certain gold packs. All your adjustments for this season has made the game less enjoyable and taxing. It no longer serves the purpose of releasing stress. I know it that the hundreds of people (and im not exaggerating) that I recruited to join doesnt matter because millions are playing your game. But you have to start listening to your players. Fix you RNG. Get yous stuff together and remember that Monopoly Go is supposed to be a game that people enjoy

I admit this game can be fun, but there are more times it was frustrating. I’ve been playing for about 3 seasons now and have even joined groups for sticker tradings, even made acquaintances with a few people which is nice. But a lot of us agree that the game doesn’t give much of the rewards as much as its challenges. I do get that they’re challenges for a reason but the compensation doesn’t balance it out. This is not a tech problem, although there are times the game can be buggy but they do try to fix it, but rather some thoughts about how the game is. There are even a lot of people who opt to cheat which makes the game no fun for those who are playing fairly, and honestly I cannot blame them. There are also a lot of people who are already down to their last sticker but no matter how many challenges they surpass, it gives you the very same sticker. The last few daily challenges of the December season, they kept giving the same set of stickers and only kept having the option of exchanges of those in the very same album. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
