I would like to raise a concern about my parcel lang, to be honest nakakasawa na maka received ng message na yungnparcel ko is out for delivery then all of a sudden di rin madedeliver as it says on the remarks na “house was closed, no one was present” sure kayo? Maghapon may tao sa bahay hindi nawawalan ng tao andaming niyo alibi nakakaimay na kayo no wonder ampapangit ng feedback and ratings sainyo sa google and play store, napaka rubbished ng service ninyo and your courier and management mga manhid na kayo sa negative feedback and concerns. di na ako magtataka if ang company niyo eh ma boycott in the future. Ung parcel ko pakibalik nalang sa sender “PNB” ako na mapipick up sa head office nila at baka abutin pa ng isang taon sainyo. Very poor service abangan niyo nalang din ratings ko sainyo sa playstore and google. ka-umay kayo so called LBC EXPRESS pa kayong nalalaman pero talo pa niyo pa pagong sa delivery niyo huii. Good luck nalang will never refer na rin sa mga relatives and kakilala ko not to ship items na rin sainyo base sa experience ko na rin before and up to now.YOU DON’T DESERVED TO RATE KAHIT ONE STAR!!RUBBISH SERVICE!!👎👎👎👎👎

Tried booking in the app, website both as a guest and have an account. I also tried emailing them to book. All of my bookings were cancelled without providing any reason. Even the email representative, they just tell you that they followed up and to rebook. I rebooked for almost 10x and nothing is happening I don’t know why. If they can tell that the location is out of their coverage or just set the right expectation, I can just move on and accept it. But no, they will keep you waiting making you still hope it will be accommodated. The support even is like a bot who don’t even know how to respond properly or set the right expectation. No empathy, just tell you to rebook without any reason why. This experience will make me not use LBC anymore. You just made me irritated.

This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with a courier. I contacted every single channel they provided social media, phone numbers, emails and either I got no response at all or when someone did reply, it was so vague and useless that it didn’t help me in any way.The customer service is just terrible. No clear answers, no accountability, and they make you go in circles without solving anything. The whole thing caused me nothing but stress and inconvenience. It’s like they don’t care about their customers once they already have your money.If you want peace of mind and proper service, I would not recommend LBC Express. They’ve completely failed me.

I don’t know what’s wrong with LBC nowadays. The last update of the my tracking number was 5 days ago. According to their lead time matrix it would take 2-5 days excluding weekends and holidays. Now is the 5th day from the last update still nothing. To make things worse, there is no live representative that could help. All of their ‘support’ is a bot from messenger to email to phones so you can’t really do anything but to wait. It’s won’t be a big deal if it’s unimportant but it is and this gives me the impression that their own staffs are doing something wrong with my package!!! I won’t use this courier ever again.
