Hello VEED Team,Good day.I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding charges that were billed to my account despite my subscription being cancelled on November 20, 2025.Based on my records and confirmation in my account, the subscription was already cancelled on November 20, 2025. However, I was still charged for December 2025 and January 2026, which came as a surprise to me.I would like to clarify that:I was not aware that auto-renewal was still active after the cancellationI did not authorize any charges after November 20, 2025I did not intentionally resubscribe to the serviceGiven this situation, I am respectfully requesting a FULL REFUND for the charges incurred in December 2025 and January 2026, as these were billed after the cancellation date.Please let me know the status of this request and the next steps needed from my end. I am happy to provide screenshots or any supporting documents if required.Thank you for your prompt assistance. I look forward to your resolution on this matter.

It’s easy and quick to use. Very straightforward. But I wish you could add more text as an option to add to other parts it doesn’t detect there are words in.May it also prolong the time a caption is in the video cos sometimes the timing is wrong or it disappears completely. Please add or fix features.

I’ve been using this app (subscribed to mobile pro) for a year now but since I updated I can’t add captions to my videos. Every time I try to an error message comes up (“something went wrong”). Help??
