I have always been intrigued by ancient history and the wisdom of the people who came before. Stoic Focus grew out of that feeling, and out of a simple habit: collecting the Stoic quotes I kept coming back to.
On iPhone and iPad, you can swipe through more than 450 Stoic quotes, save the ones you want to keep, and browse by philosopher and source work when you want more than a random hit of inspiration. Marcus Aurelius in Meditations. Seneca in Moral Letters. Epictetus in Discourses and the Enchiridion. The quotes are still calm and easy to reach. Now they have more depth behind them.
Turn on daily quote notifications when you want Stoic Focus to meet you first. Add a widget to your Home Screen when you want a quieter reminder. Open your favorites when a line has done enough for you that you want it close for good.
This version also brings Stoic Focus to iPad, where the quotes finally get a little more room to breathe.
