Been using this app nearly everyday for my work as a resident surgeon in training. nothing beats it AFAIK. the only bad thing? Lack of a MAC VERSION that syncs highlights, etc. hope they make a desktop/OSX version.
Buggy highlight function

Highlight function is sort of messed up. It allows you to highlight, the problem is, the next time you open your book, the things that you've highlighted disappear. I hope they would fix this problem. It was the highlight function that made me decide to buy this app in the first place. I've also noticed that even the bookmark function messes up a bit.

With the latest update, the best just got better. Highliting texts made simpler, without having to click "exit" for a textbox i hardly use. It's still the only app i trust for reading chm files on my ipad2.
