I like the new look of the library but i don’t like the way it works, you’re not able to delete saved songs, therefore having unwanted songs saved into your library from the album of songs that was downloaded in the older update, this takes up more space, and again, puts unwanted songs into the saved songs of the library, i found this quite irritating. I hope they change this, specifically, make it work the way it did before, but the look is okay. Just to be straight, i don’t like this “Liked Music” playlist idea. I like to see all my choices by looking at the artists, and choosing the song from there on. I don’t like having all the music clumped up into this giant playlist and having to scroll through each one just to find the song i like. I know theres a search bar, but to be honest, i like to see what i want to listen to, rather than to think about what i want to listen to, so that i don’t miss out on other choices that i didn’t think of, just how the older version did it. This new update just made it a hassle to pick what i want to listen to quickly. Please change this. Also, my discover weekly playlists isn’t good.

Hello! I love this app because I am able to listen to some of my favorite songs in high quality and easy accessibility. However, during my experience of using this app in mobile I had 2 problems so far; and I would like to point these out so they can quickly be fixed (keep in mind I am using IOS). First, when I search for an album using the search bar found in the album tab, then I select an album and go back to the search, the back button disappears, leaving me to restart the app if I want to go to other tabs. Second, there are some songs that just stop playing halfway, in my case, these were Green Day - Are We The Waiting / St. Jimmy and Black Sabbath - Iron Man, these specific songs would always stop when I played them. These 2 occurs when I’m using the app offline. Just some things I thought I’d let everyone know, and please do fix them quickly. 😄

I happened to click on songs i don't want accidentally and it appeared on my recently played songs. I wanted to have it deleted on my recently played because its playlist keeps on appearing on my “recently played” and “jump back in” which is annoying. I also do not want these songs to appear on my “Top Played Songs for this year”. I am looking for a way on how to delete them but I cannot find it. It could either be you removed that feature or I just don’t know how to find it.You keep on changing the layout of this app a lot which is annoying and it makes it hard for us to find what we want to look for. Why remove or hide the feature to remove songs from recently played? The idea of changes like this is awful. It ruins what is already good. I request that you please change it back where we can delete songs too.I don’t like anyone to see that I have these songs on my recently played. I also do not want to hide or delete entirely my recently played songs. I like to keep all the songs I like in my history because it is easier for me to find them and play them as much as I like. So please, bring back the feature to delete songs or playlists from our history individually.

Just don’t waste your time and your money on this app. It might be working perfectly fine for a year. Then the year after you’ll start experiencing some problems like songs would play for only 10 seconds. Give it couple more weeks then the entire song won’t play anymore. Then give it couple more weeks and you won’t be able to play any song at all. It’s really frustrating when you already made playlists only to find out that it’s just good for a year. Tried everything that I can to fix it on my own and still doing the same thing plus customer service won’t respond as well. I’ve sent tons of emails and you’ll get no response.
