I meet someone here today and we desided to disable our acount to Focus on ourselves... we both agree to give it a try... we both like each other the minute we chat so we desided to know each other Communicating and close our acount here... wish us luch for good result but we both hoping for the good... Very Poor Customer Service and Data Privacy Invader

I was surprised that one day, I couldn't log in to my account.I was looking for their customer care but what they have is just a website where you fill out a form.I did fill out the form, they emailed.But two of the several alarming requirements of theirs are my phone number my birthdate. I gave my phone number and was hesitant to give my birthdate (since I am not sure whom I'm speaking with). I told them the reason and asked for an alternative one (I can give them my password too since that could be changed anytime). They still insist that it's part of the requirements to proceed. Since I was uncomfortable, I asked them the reason first why my account was deactivated. They sent me a message in a sarcastic tone that AGAIN, My accountvwas banned. I did not even know why it was banned and then they said that they won't respond anymore and closed the ticket. Very poor! I don't recommend that you will use this app!

I’ve been using this app for about a week, and suddenly one morning I couldn’t log in anymore. I can’t use the number or email I originally used to create my account. I have no idea why my account is potentially banned because I didn’t do anything wrong and I followed all the rules strictly. The upgrade made to this app is terrible. I used to like this app because it allows members to send message to profiles we don’t initially like. We don’t even know if we did receive a message because it doesn’t go directly to an inbox like we have before. Now we need to scroll to different profiles first to see the messages and we don’t even know when that message has been sent so it might got lost and you might be too late to respond to that message because you wasn’t able to see it right away. It’s no longer real-time messaging. And you need to like the progile first before you can respond. What if you don’t like the profile first and you just want to respond. You can’t even see the last online status of that person. Really terrible.
