Good Evening Tagged support. I’m from Philippines and I have been using tagged to earn for almost a year. I would just want to raise my concern because this is not the first time that I can’t open my account. This morning when I opened tagged my account was automatically logged out for no reason just like with my old account. With my new account.I already have 222,885 diamonds and I already cash out 80,000 diamonds that is equivalent to $200 and I have received it last sept 21,2021. So I still have 142,885 diamonds left. I didn’t do anything that violates your rules. I worked hard to earned that diamonds and my friends didn’t spent money to send gifts to me for nothing. Please reactivate and give my diamonds back. And kindly reply because with my first account I tried to reach out from you but didn’t got a reply. So for the second time please do something. I don’t want to loose my trust with tagged. Do something. It feels like me and those who supported me was robbed.

I signed up to this app using my mobile number then after they update the new version of the app suddenly I can’t access my account anymore because they removed the mobile number log in so the other day I emailed them and requested to retrieve my account.Last night I received an email and finally got my old account. Thanks so much!

Cannot sign-in

I have been a tagged member for several years now. I hv installed the same in my mobile. Recently, I have been logged-out from my account. I tried to sign-in again but to no vail. I tried to recover my password, still it failed. I re-installed the app twice today hoping it will work but sadly, it didn’t.
No network

I have already logged in and replied to some chats. Now, when i opened the app, my account was logged out and now unable to log back in as i am prompted with “no network connection”. I have a strong connection and there are no issues with my net connection. This is not the first time and uninstalled the app several times. I just recently reinstalled hoping for a better functionality and the issue corrected. But sadly, it’s not.
