I love this app cause it helps me to keep contact with my friends and bf. But often times I don’t get notifications unless I’m using the app or the notifications are delayed. When someone calls me my phone doesn’t ring and I get a notification 15 minutes later of a missed call. TTAlso please put better filters on for video talk. The filters aren’t good. Pls fix
Cannot send messages, account disabled

I created my Kakaotalk account and sent my friend a message. However it says that I cannot send messaged because we have no previous conversations due to privacy concerns. How could people even start conversations with this kind of set up! Is this app not welcome for new users, seriously??Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it again. Then it says that my account was disabled! How could you disable my account! I haven’t even started yet! Then I really have to get in touch with my friend for urgent matters! Such a headache. retreive my acct pls
It was good at first, but the privacy did improved but gave me problem. My app was accidentally deleted on my phone, and when I was trying to log in again with the correct details, I am no longer able to log in because it is asking me to put my korean phone number that I no longer have, and I am no longer in Korea. So how would I be able to authenticate my log in if that is the cAse??? My kakao is so important to me. I hope that there’s a way for me to have it back. And one more thing is that I couldn’t make another one for it only requires a korean number! Not the usual that it was easier to log in and so fort 😢 This is devastating I must say. Hope you could help me

Good day! I have some concerns. I have a friend from korea. We’ve been friends since we met in Vietnam few years ago. As we get along, we have conversations here in kakaotalk. However, suddenly i am no longer able to send him message because some sort of privacy protocols. In this matter, how can i chat to him if this is the case. You can check our previous conversation if you want to verify. Can you please fix this out?
