I rarely leave reviews but this is an exception. To the Workflowy team, thank you so much for creating this app. This has been really essential for me in terms of EVERYTHING. All important information, documents, pictures, projects, notes—just seamlessly and systematically compiled in one app. I can’t find the right words, but this has been the best app for me after trying so many different apps for a very long time. I would go back-and-forth with Notion, Evernote, etc. But would always find my way back to Workflowy. The simplicity, the fast load of everything, as I have literally EVERYTHING in there, it really is amazing how you manage to pull that off. But the “almost” I wish it had is the push notifications feature for mobile/tablet devices. But then again, there’s no perfect app in this world. 🤣 But I hope you guys could give it a try. Thanks Workflowy!

The key with this app is that it doesn’t over-promise features. I use this app on an on and off basis, but it shines when I just need a place where I can just dump what’s on my mind and then arrange them afterwards. Much easier to use than pen and paper yet still provides enough features for you to organize everything. 😊Also to add, there is also a web app and that allows me to focus on my work in the office.

Been using this for years, though so many apps and sites that works like this, but I really choose this one because it give us very simple design both apps and website. Hopefully the team will not chance it to fancy designs. Keep it up!!!

Wish I had discovered this app sooner. It’s very easy to use and it saves me time when listing down my to-do list. Compared to other apps, I can easily insert thoughts and ideas here without worrying about formatting and categorization.
