Excellent App, Amazing Support!

No app or customer service team has ever compelled me to write a review before but this experience has changed the way I view reviews. I’ve been using Planner 5d since 2019 and it has only continued to be a great home design app that lets me visualize and bring to life how I want my house to look one day. But aside from all the fun and creativity it brings into an otherwise mundane day, I also found out just how dedicated the support team is when it comes to providing outstanding service. I made the noob mistake of paying for my yearly subscription price, but the professionals at their support team refunded my mistake in no more than an hour. I have never in my life received such fast and efficient service. I want to thank Vlad for your prompt reply and hard work, I will always be greatful of this app and the team behind it.

IZPECTACULAR
As a child I longed to be an interior designer but other strengths took the forefront of my life and vocation. Though when health and times got tough.. I thank God this app was created! It has been part therapy, part hearts desire wish fulfillment and truly the kid in me just delights to enjoy moving my furnature around digitally before I do the actual thing! I use it for things I do at home. But if one was an interior designer I’m sure this would be one of the great tools one might use. Bravo to the makers! And truly.. enjoy.. I know I do each time I use it!

This app allows me to recreate house plans that I’ve seen to visualize what it would look like and to change certain aspects of the plan that I would like to change. I find this very easy to use compared to other apps I’ve tried. The support team has also been very helpful. Every time I have a problem, they were able to respond promptly. I highly recommend this app.

I admire this app and it's really helpful, the quality is not mediocre and I use this because of my mom's business. As a student who is trying to explore, the prices are way too unaffordable the limited free items are also not enough. I used this game back in 2020 (to entertain myself during the pandemic) wherein rendering is still free and now you cant render for free even if you already have subscription (i think that's what it says in the rendering?) even though this app is great it couldn't help me that much as a student when all I can do is build some walls
