I ordered at 3pm and expected to be delivered at 4pm but then my order hasn't arrived after 2 hours of waiting. I reached out to their customer service and sai that they haven't confirmed my order trough their app, after calling at 4pm it was just then my order has been confirmed. They said that it will arrive before 5pm, and by 5pm I followed it up again but they said that my order has just been confirmed at 5pm. POOR APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed my order through the app at around 4:00 PM, with delivery indicated at 7:00 PM. Understanding that it was Christmas Eve, I waited patiently. At around 6:30 PM, I even received a confirmation call and was advised that delivery would be around 7:30 PM.However, I was kept waiting for a total of five hours, and no delivery was made. When I personally went to the branch at 9:00 PM to follow up, I was informed that there was no order under my name and I was not included in their delivery queue.This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. If the order could not be accommodated, I should have been informed immediately instead of being kept waiting for hours despite receiving a confirmation call.

However, a CS agent called to inform me that the delivery would be delayed until 5 PM due to a power interruption and it will be delivered at 5:15.At 5:15PM, the pizza still hadn’t arrived, so I called customer service again. The CS rep told me that the Angeles branch was not responding and promised to call me back in 5 minutes. After waiting, I decided to call back, but he gave me the same response. Then decided to cancel the order, but he put me on hold for 10 minutes and never came back to the line, so I ended up ending the call.The pizza finally arrived at 6:15 PM. This will be my first and last time using their app.

We ordered pizza in Commonwealth Batasan branch to celebrate our team’s success, on the app it said ETA is 7:15 but when the cs called to confirm the order she said ETA is 7:20 so my manager approved on that. Then 7:22 came and someone called we hoped it is the delivery guy and we’re correct but unfirtunately he called only to say that he’s about to come and he’s not yet on the way saying 20 mins more for delivery. Guess what he came exactly 7:59. Now none from our team can’t eat it since the lunch time is already up. Delivery charge is not acceptable for this but guess what? The cs we’re trying to reach out won’t answer. So poor service.
