I had a great overall experience using Claude. The app itself felt smooth, the responses were helpful, and everything worked well during normal use. It was easy to sign up, and at first everything seemed stable and reliable.However, I ran into a frustrating issue afterward. After being logged out, I went through the sign-up process again and it worked fine at first. But when I force closed the app and reopened it, it kept showing a “Something went wrong” error. There was an option to try again, but it just looped back to the same error every time. Even reinstalling the app didn’t fix the issue.So while the core experience with Claude was genuinely good, the login/session issue made it unusable afterward. It feels like a backend or account session bug rather than a user-side problem, especially since reinstalling didn’t help.

I am disappointed with Claude AI. For several days, I have been receiving a “Something went wrong” error message, making the app difficult or impossible to use. My internet connection is working fine, but the problem continues.The app can be helpful when it works, but frequent errors and reliability issues make the experience frustrating. Users should not have to repeatedly refresh, restart, or wait for the service to become available again.I hope the developers improve the stability of the app and provide clearer communication when there are technical problems. Until then, my experience has been poor.

This is my first engagement with Claude so this is terribly upsetting - I cannot upload a simple 1.4MB side Excel file for analysis. How’s that? Most of my files are xls. The proposed solution to me is transfer my xls files from my iCloud to my phone or not use the Claude app on my mobile phone. Both are very cumbersome alternatives. I feel so let down and disappointed given that I’ve been using ChatGpt seamlessly so far but was convinced to try Claude and now this experience?
