I really love this game so much, but one thing that frustrate me is that when i ran out of energy and i have no more source of energy rather than waiting for almost hours to continue merging. Sometimes there are part timers that has less than 30 minutes time and suddenly the net will recharge for like 50 minutes. And all of the sudden the other orders i finished for the part timer will go to waste and i ran out of so much energy making those just to wait for 50 minutes to wait for recharge that doesn't even match with the part timers counter. It also frustrate me when all of food sources recharge at the same time. Why does it have to be so long. Its already addicting why are you guys making us wait.

I downloaded this impulsively just because I saw Sanrio, not really knowing what the gameplay was gonna be. And it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for! I love merging games, but I couldn’t find one that was cute like this, and a game that has a reasonable energy use and decor use. I played one like this before, and the amount of energies and merges it takes just to claim a decor was crazy! So I love this so much!

I had a few purchases on this game and while it’s not as seamless and as fast when it comes to processing unlike other games (and apps) on my phone, it was okay in the beginning. BUT my last and most recent purchase, although a small amount, I did not receive the bundle but my Apple Pay was charged for the price. I only needed a few more energy points (100) and gems (50) to try and complete the Halloween event before it ends and also to further unlock the free stuff after it was locked with the purchase requirement before I can proceed obtaining them. What a scam! Plus when buying gems directly, it doesn’t get added directly to your account, you have to open the mailbox and unlock it which is a hassle and sometimes causes you to miss the timer bubble which they may have done intentionally for you to purchase more from them.
