Subject: Complaint About Misleading Coin Rewards and Withdrawal Requirements in Short Reels
Merly planto
Subject: Complaint About Misleading Coin Rewards and Withdrawal Requirements in Short ReelsI would like to report Short Reels because I feel that its coin reward system is misleading and unfair to users. The app says that users need to collect 1,000 coins before they can withdraw their rewards. However, I have been using the app for several days, watching numerous advertisements, and still have not reached the required 1,000 coins. What makes this more frustrating is that many advertisements show a reward of +0 coins, even after spending time watching them. Users are spending their time watching ads, but they are not receiving the rewards they expect.I would like the developers to explain why users are being shown advertisements that give zero coins and why it is taking so long to earn enough coins to withdraw. Please investigate this reward system and clarify whether users can genuinely withdraw their coins as promised. Users deserve a fair, transparent, and honest reward system.Thank you.
💯 SCAM!

ShortReels is absolutely outrageous and feels like a complete scam! I reached ₱998 and needed just ₱2 more to hit the withdrawal cap, yet the rewards suddenly became practically nonexistent. After putting in the time and effort, being stuck at ₱998 makes the whole system look deliberately designed to keep users from reaching the payout. If this is how ShortReels operates, it is incredibly misleading and unfair to users. Stop wasting people’s time with false hope of reaching the cap. People deserve transparency, not a system that gets them within ₱2 and then seemingly refuses to let them finish.
SCAM!!!

This app falsely promises you can earn ₱1,000 once you reach 1,000 points. But the counter intentionally gets stuck at 998 or 999 and never moves forward no matter how many videos you watch. You spend hours watching ads while they earn money from you. You will never receive any reward. Many people have experienced the exact same issue. It is designed to trick us. Only they profit, we get nothing. Do not waste your time. Do not trust this app.
Withdrawal seems impossible
Qwertsssssssss
Very disappointing app! It makes you think you can earn money by watching videos, but withdrawing your earnings seems impossible. The closer I get to the withdrawal limit, the harder it becomes to earn more. This feels misleading and like a waste of time. I do not recommend this app unless it can prove that users can actually withdraw their money. Please be honest with your users!
