You charged my account of the Free Trial! I cancelled the subscription few minutes after accidentally clicked on the free trial popped up and deleted the app. There’s no charge at all. It was 0 fee then I notice the cancellation confirmation that there’s a fee collected for ₱499 collected at the time of the subscription and was about to request a refund to Apple Support since it should be free trial but.. I cannot report it because the amount reflected is ₱0. Now, I recieved a notice from my bank that I was charged after almost 7 days and tried to appeal Apple Support and requested a refund but they have rejected it and mentioned that I used the 7days subscription. IT IS A FREE TRIAL and how come you only charged me after almost 7days where it’s too late for us to file a report and request refund? Since, even if I cancelled it few minutes after subscribing and deleted your app and never ever used your App and once, you will still say I used it. PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!

Very poor AI suggestions—completely underwhelming compared to many free apps that offer better features and more accurate results. This app advertises a “free trial” but charges you right away without proper notice or confirmation. It’s misleading and feels like a deliberate scam tactic.I would be willing to pay if the service was actually worth it, but it’s not. The app is frustrating to use, the features are basic at best, and it doesn’t deliver what it promises. What’s worse, they don’t even offer a refund if you’re unsatisfied, which is incredibly unfair for a product that misrepresents itself.Save your money. There are much better—and actually free—alternatives out there. This app just takes advantage of people with fake promises and zero accountability.

I was really hoping this app would deliver based on its ads, but it turned out to be a total letdown. The price is way too expensive for what it actually offers. You can easily achieve the same (if not better) results using free or cheaper photo editing apps.None of the hair options look realistic — they just sit awkwardly on your head like stickers. The blending is terrible, the colors are off, and the styles feel like they belong in a cartoon or a dress-up game for kids. It honestly feels like I’m using a toy app, not something professionally developed.The user interface is clunky, the tools are limited, and the final images look super fake. I was hoping to use this to visualize new hairstyles before going to the salon, but I’d be embarrassed to even show someone the edits this app produced.Save your money. There are way better alternatives out there. Very disappointed. Uninstalled within minutes.

I downloaded this app thinking I could try it for free with the 7-day trial, but to my surprise, it automatically charged my account right away without giving me a chance to cancel or explore the app first. I didn’t even get to properly use the features before the subscription fee was deducted. This feels very misleading and unfair.Please be clear and transparent with your users about charges. I’m requesting a refund and uninstalling the app. Not recommended unless the billing system becomes more user-friendly and honest.
