The Client Portal App gives you a secure, central place to manage your property search with Maynard Property Group. As a client, you’ll have real-time access to every property we’re reviewing on your behalf — along with the ability to provide feedback and request new investigations.
What you can do:
- Track Properties in Real Time – See all properties on our radar, grouped by status (e.g. Ruled Out, Waiting Feedback, To Be Investigated, Negotiating).
- Understand Our Feedback – Open a property to view images, details, our comments, and the reason for its current status.
- Access Important Documents – Quickly find inspection reports, due diligence info, contracts, disclosure statements, and additional photos.
- Collaborate Easily – Change a property’s status, add your own feedback, or request that we investigate a new property by address.
- Search & Request – Check if a property is already on our radar or ask us to look into one we haven’t yet.
- Stay Connected – Tap directly through to the live property listing and receive updates as they happen.
