Very helpful apps if you are in tight budget or emergency 😊 highly recommended

UNHAPPY customer here. DONT BE DECEIVE WITH THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! They have WORST OLA AND AGENT EVER! Interest is ridiculously high, terms are MISLEADING plus Agents sends HARASSING and THREATENING messages event not due on due date or to be considered late payment. They don’t deal professionally and no respect to clients. Customer service claims 24/7 but not reachable, contact number and email not working, not cooperative. They are full of SCAMMERS! Even settled, someone will call forcing to repay because they claim the payment did not reflect in their system though the online app tells your dues cleared. If you ask them to explain the process they will yell and will respond with all the offensive words, threat to post your name and pic in social media. Specifically they claimed they are TRAINED to speak and deal UNPROFESSIONAL. Even you complain the agents thru their customer service its useless.

Don’t trust this app. My personal data was compromised. There are lots of contact numbers who messaged me and keep harassing and wordt threatened to kill me. Maybe their will people who operates this lending app that works illegal and against the company. They know my account, the amount that about to be paid and repayment date. They even made a group chat just to add my FB friends and keep harassing me again to pay before the due date. I paid my last debt to this lending app and cancelled the account. Never again.

WAG NA WAG! Grabe ang death threats and other forms of harassment nakuha dito today. Gumagamit sila ng iba’t-ibang mobile numbers so obviously meron silang SIM multipliers. PKIDNAPP NALANG KAYA KITA TAPOS TORTURIN KITA BILANG KABAYARAN SA UTANG MO? WAG MO NA HINTAYIN IDAMAY KO PAMILYA MO!! MAGBAYAD KA TANGINA MO!(2) TARANTADO KA PAG DI KA NAGBAYAD NG UTANG MO NGAYON ALAM MO NA KUNG ANONG MANGYAYARI SAYO!! KAWAWA PAMILYA MO SAYO ANIMAL KA!!!(3) KUPAL NKAPAG HAPUNAN KNA BA ?!!! TAMA AKO NOH YUNG NILALAMON NG PAMILYA MO GALING YAN DITO SA LENDING APP NA INUTAGNAN MO DAHIL SA PAGIGING DUKHA MO !! YAN NALANG NAGIGING PARAAN MO D KAPA NABUBULUNAN ?!!!!!! KAPAG DI MO TO INASIKASO NA UTANG MO MAGUGULO ANG BUHAY NG BUONG PAMILYA MO !!!Aminado ako na nagkamali ako sa pagdownload at pag-install ng OLA na ‘to dahil nagka-emergency lang ako. Nagkataon namang nawalan din ako ng enough funds para pambayad sana sa balance sa OLA na ‘to then eto na nga nangyari. Sobrang ngayon ko lang na-realized na pati payment terms nila in violation sa fair lending practices. Nireport ko na agad ang death threats and harassment ng OLA na ‘to sa SEC, National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cybercrime Division at Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cybercrime Group.
