*Based on my experience, it was not good. Instead of helping, it only added more problems because of the high interest, and there was no cashback at all. I borrowed ₱1,000 but ended up paying ₱1,450. I even paid before the due date because I was short on my tuition fee and really needed the money, but there were no benefits, unlike others who receive cashback or discounts.Another issue is that the “Get Loan” option suddenly popped up and I accidentally clicked it. I tried to contact customer support, but no one responded. I was also unable to reapply, yet when it comes to payment, I keep receiving text messages. The interest is too high, and there is no discount for students even though the loan was for academic purposes.I hope my account can be deleted after I fully pay my loan. But thanks for borrowing.

I did not intend to proceed with this loan, but the funds were disbursed immediately. As soon as I realized what had happened, I immediately contacted customer support through email, phone calls, and messages to request cancellation and to return the full amount that was disbursed.Unfortunately, I have not received any response despite my repeated attempts to reach them. Because this loan was not my intention and I acted immediately to resolve the issue, I do not believe it is fair for me to be charged excessive interest while waiting for the company’s response.I urge the company to respond promptly and provide a proper resolution. I am willing to return the principal amount that was disbursed, but I cannot accept excessive interest caused by the lack of customer support.

There was no clear disclosure of the full cost of the loan before it became binding.I am currently reviewing my rights as a borrower and may file a formal complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding possible unfair or deceptive lending practices if this issue is not properly addressed. I hope the platform improves its transparency and consent process to protect future users.
