I’m really disappointed. I’m repeated client as I am very happy at first because this really nice. Fast, Flexible term (supposedly) until what I experience lately. I maintain good credit standing. I’m a repeated customer and got a credit increased. I am an early payee. My repayment is always early before my due date. I settled more than half of the principal amount borrowed. According to their CS I will still pay for the interest whether you pay it before your date in which it’s already stated in the bill for the amount that you should pay. So that what I did for every amount that needed to settle (where the interest already included for the term of payment) Imagine I paid my 1st until the 2nd loan completely, only to find out their system is outdated. So every payment that you settled will not posted real time upon checking their history tab it only reflected the 1st payment of the first loan that you settled. Like example your first approved is 2000 then you will pay for the interest that is included and stated on your bill. That’s the only transaction will appear. Haysst I’m not gonna pay for that remaining until you fix your system and you will be the one who should pay me for this inconvenience. -Heidielizza Acosta
