Found this app through a reco on Threads, and so far, I like it! The interface is very user-friendly, and what I like most is the widget in lock screen and how easy it is to record expenses. One suggestion for improvement is the income tracking. Instead of “Pay this Cycle” and a date range, it would be more useful to have an “Expected Date” field indicating when the income or salary will be received. Also, when long-pressing an income entry, the “Pay this Cycle” option doesn’t seem applicable, as I think this feature is more relevant to bills and expenses. It would be great if the actions could be adjusted depending on the transaction type. So far, those are my only suggestions. Great work on the app!

thank you so much for the detailed feedback :>i agree that income should behave differently from bills and expenses. having an expected date for when the income will be received makes more sense and the available actions should also depend on the transaction type. i’ll definitely look into improving this flow in an upcoming update. really appreciate the suggestion and support
By far the best Finance App!!

Support pinoy developers! Maganda yung app. Super easy to use, napaka user friendly. Love the quick log feature and how it can log your apple pay transactions! Super amazing. What needs to be improved: 1. Option to delete accounts. I was testing the accounts section, I added an account but when I tried deleting the account, hindi siya madelete. (Possibly a bug, hope this gets fixed)2. Credit Card accounts - Sana may option na mag auto calculate ng outstanding balance and remaining credit limit. Also, sana may option din to put yung used credit limit kasi as first time user, ang hirap mag work back ng expenses if yung credit limit lang ilalagay. (Reference: Spending Tracker - Budget app) 3. Accounts: If hindi pa kaya ng lahat ng cards to have the actual photo kahit sana may option to add/upload picture of the bank/financial institution logo or credit card design4. Seabank instead of Maribank - I noticed na automatically nag-aasign ng color depending on the bank sa may accounts section, however di pa ata updated yung sa Maribank kasi color green parin siya. Had to change to Seabank para maging orange. (sorry po mejo oc haha)5. Sana po when updating yung balances sa mga accounts ma record din po siya, kasi may mga pera tayong di natin alam saan napunta hahaha (kumbaga matatrack parin yung mga balance adjustments) 6. Google sheet/excel extract - sana this is available po soon.7. Debt/Loan - sana may option din to add banks/financial institutions kasi parang designed for loans from other people pala g yung available. Tho I think maeedit parin yung name, but I think it’s better to include those po.Hopefully all these will be added soon or at least some of them. But overall super love the app!

Thank you so much for the support and for the detailed feedback. Some of the issues you mentioned have already been fixed and will be included in the next update while I’m still reviewing the others for future improvements. Really appreciate you taking the time to help make Cashtra better :>
Great app with room for better debt tracking

I bought this app this week and so far, I really like the interface! It’s clean and easy to use.One feature I’d really love to see is something similar to Splitwise, but with debt/expense offsetting. For example, if I pay for a shared expense with my dad, I’d like to record his share and have it automatically offset against any existing amount I owe him. This way, the app would show the net amount I actually owe, rather than treating his share as a separate receivable. This would be especially helpful for tracking shared household expenses without overstating the impact on my cash flow. Overall, I’m enjoying the app so far and would love to see this feature in a future update!

I just bought this app after seeing it on TikTok, and it looked really promising. I wasn’t wrong because the app is actually great! It has everything I need. I’ve tried different tracking apps before and kept switching between them, but CashTra has everything in one place. My only suggestion for improvement is the scrolling between categories. I noticed that it can get a bit laggy when I scroll quickly or switch between categories. I hope this can be fixed in future updates. Overall, I really like the app, and I hope it continues to improve and get even better!
This update makes managing credit card installments and recurring payments faster and more reliable.
What's New:
• Full control over installment plans — edit the remaining term or rate, or delete a plan, right from the Loans page, the Pay Installment screen, or the card's own details.
• Clearer credit vs. paid colors — a charge you add to a card now shows amber (Credited), matching your Transaction History, while a settled bill or card balance shows red. Every recurring entry also shows which account or card was used.
• Faster recurring payments — paying or recording a recurring bill now shows just the account, category, and amount. No more re-picking the type or category every time.
• Fixed: paid bills no longer disappear — a bill recorded for a future due date now shows up correctly in Plan, and your monthly totals no longer count a bill twice after you pay it.
Thanks for using Cashtra — keep the feedback coming!
