Crashing issues

Please help! This app was very useful to me until one day i just crashes all the time. When i try to restart my ipad, it won’t still open. Up until now, still won’t open. PLEASE HELP ME! I dont want to uninstall an reinstall it cause I have many files saved there. :( :’(

Please help! This app was very useful to me until one day i just crashes all the time. When i try to restart my ipad, it won’t still open. Up until now, still won’t open. PLEASE HELP ME! I dont want to uninstall an reinstall it cause I have many files saved there. :( :’(
