Can't log in
It's been a great deal of time and enjoyment but, I always have problems logging into the game, it always crashes on the load screen and I've played this game for a long time (more than a year), kinda frustrating and I have to tilt my phone to different angles to make it work. Is there something that can be done with this?

I liked it but not anymore
I enjoy this app, but when I got billions of money the assistant manager thingy told me to build another supermarket I thought this was having another super market and the controlling both but when I look at my old supermarket.......It was SOLD! I was crying already because I worked so hard on my first supermarket(even though it’s just a game). When I was trying to get back my old supermarket it won’t work. It was like I restarted my supermarket. I had all my money in my old supermarket and I already got 1 sextillions but.....what happened? When I restarted I had 100 money so I need to work again. If the owner of the game sees this I hope you tell all the people playing this too that if you build a new supermarket it will be sold! There! I’m deleting this game if nothing happens ( if you can’t get your old supermarket back)!!!!
I can no longer interact with the game
I dont know what happened. Suddenly the game just lost its buttons. I updgraded to another location but the buttons disappeared. I can still see the people moving and I am still earning money once they pay for items in the cashier but I can’t even navigate to any direction. It’s stuck in the entrance and I can only see the assistant saying stuff. It’s frustrating bec i already restarted my phone. I can’t delete the app and reinstall it since I will lose my progress. I saw another review with the same problem as mine. How to fix please? I paid 10 bucks so I will have no ads and now I’m losing my money’s worth. Thanks.
