Latency on notification
My husband is in constant trip overseas and Imo is our primary form of communication since the other apps out there are blocked by their company’s connection. I’ve observed that for over a year now, the notifications for both msgs and voice call are always delayed. Usually 6-8 mins delay.. so most of the time, my husband is no longer online because I receive the notifs late. I hope you guys can fix this issue soon and make it REALTIME. Thank you and more power.
Can you help me fixing my problem in imo app?
Im using this app right now , and i have a trouble when im entering the lives room of my family here. I can’t hear what they say, my phone speaker is on the higher sound, and when I click the sound there’s a word appearing that i need to launch app the app and when I click allow; it will return to apps store but I actually done installing the app.
What can i do to fix this?

1. You may allow imo relevant permissions in your phone setting.
2. Please ensure microphone and speaker work fine
3. Clear phone cache then reboot device
3. Switch network.
4. Reinstall new version

Can you fix it??
I’ve been using this app for quite sometimes now., it was okay but it suddenly not responding properly so I deleted and reinstalled it again but it gotten worst after reinstalling, it stucked on the page where it said enter your phone number 😏 .. seems like it will stuck there forever. I uninstalled and installed it several times but still can’t open it.. it stays there.
