Network failed
It always says connect to wifi even though i already connected my phone. It always says cant connect to network. Why is thatttt?
No sign in with apple feature
You should put sign in with apple button for convenience and privacy. Also, when creating a password, my apple password isn’t prompted. I have to create new password or go to password setting to get it. Again, another standard when asking people to sign up or sign in to an apple app. Looks like the developer didn’t really tested this app or they don’t use iphone to know about these basic feature.
Then, password has a maximum of 15 characters. So you have to count the characters given by apple password. That’s a hassle.
And finally, I can’t log in to the app even after giving the right otp
Needs major improvements
We changed HMO from Medicard to InLife, and the InLife App is not user friendly compared to the Medicard app which was easier and more convenient to use. I am unable to register my dependents under my account in the app. They need to create their own account which is not convenient for senior citizens. It was a lot easier to make requests for myself and my dependents with the Medicard app. Maybe try checking out their app to see how you can improve on your app. There are also a lot of bugs to fix since the app is laggy. Not a good first impression with InLife.
