Limitation on Telemedicine and Quite Confusing
I would say the app is overall okay - except that it’s somehow confusing to use. It’s good that it saves you the time and effort of going out to go to a clinic. However, there are a lot of limitations on telemedicine. For example, it may be hard to get an accurate diagnosis for some health conditions without actually seeing it in person. Also, I think the app can still improve a lot of features and fix some issues. But, I must say that their CSR replies real fast to emails. Kudos to their CSR!

I highly recommend using this app because it’s user friendly for all ages. The name of the doctors, their schedule, years of service, consultation fee, etc are also available in the app, which made it easier for me to choose a Doctor based on my preference.
Their video call was very clear too. However, there were times where the app stopped responding but worked properly after a minute or two. Overall, this app is one of the best telemed apps! :)

Best meds and health related online service!!
I just accidentally discovered this app when I was looking for a service that I can buy meds since I'm living alone couldn't go out cos I'm not feeling well. I placed the order at around 2pm received it in less than an hour and kudos for very systematic process. I received notifs regarding updates of my order. Lastly didn't expect the 10 free vit C. So thoughtful! Well recommended 💙
