Best imo. It doesn't ask you for sign up or what not. Just set it and your good to go. Also gives you a brief information on fasting and what actually happens when you reach a certain number of hours.

I've been looking for a fuss-free app that does the job - and it's Fasty!I am able to track my hours easily, and visually pleasing to look at too. I can see what state I'm in and it's the nudge that I need to push me on times when I want to reach for a snack.
