FIX BUGS
I love how the new mobile app looks like and for this, Kudos to the team. But, it is not user-friendly unlike the previous version. It always crashes and even I have a good internet connection, it always says SSL error and delayed OTPs. Actually, I already registered my device for OTP generator, but after I uninstalled it and install it again, I am back now to OTP via email. Even if I wanted to turn the OTP generator on again but still an error message prompted. It’s frustrating to have my transactions pending. I really hope you can fix this and if you can give advice about my OTP generator. Thank you.
App Closes Unexpectedly During Transactions
I've been using this app for a while and generally appreciate its features, but I've encountered a significant issue that impacts its usability. During transactions, the app consistently closes on its own, despite active use. This has been frustrating, especially because it occurs right in the middle of processing payments or managing transactions. It seems like the app misinterprets ongoing activity and times out as if it were idle.
This bug not only disrupts the transaction process but also affects the reliability and efficiency I expect from such an application. I hope the developers can address this issue soon, as it is critical for maintaining trust and functionality. An update resolving this glitch would significantly improve the user experience and help many users who rely on this app for their transaction needs.

Hi! We're sorry for the inconvenience. If possible, please change your network settings to Wi-Fi connection if you are on mobile data or switch to mobile data if you are on Wi-Fi and try to transact again. Thank you.
Useful but can still be improved
Very convenient & useful! I like the mobilock feature, the inclusion of grab & gcash in transaction, the OTP is ok-i think most of the comments about it was resolved in the latest versions. What can be improved? Ability to rename the account for multiple accounts & enrolled accounts but the account number is still visible. Allow us to conveniently remove accounts that are not anymore relevant.
Some recurring issues-I still cannot pay online transactions even if mobilock is unlocked. I have tried resolving it for several times in the bank but it still wasn’t resolved.
