GSIS Touch 4+

I just updated my iPhone to its latest version which is 16.4, after that the GSIS touch application suddenly crashes and won’t open. I don’t know if it is just me or if others are experiencing the same after updating.

I tried basic troubleshooting, but nothing happen.

I hope this issue with the app is fixed asap, as I rely on the app since it's convenient for updating loans and checking payments.

It’s been more than a weeks - the GSIS app is very POOR and very SAD. I’ve always taught myself not to use this app in order to look for the beauty in it, to look for the beauty of all GSIS face’s users and to be CALM because everyone is angry on the app and to look for alternatives. And I would bring this to the authority of GSIS to solve the problem as a member of GSIS and a contributor as well to see situations with a SILVER LINING, and to assess where is the origin of the problem to give something hopes, where the app could provide service again to all the members. And this, I think, if I could “kalampagin” the GSIS to enlighten on the app’s problem, we could have an amazing service for the members and to be grateful where the negativity could not grow and foster, and members would have a smile on their faces.

It needs to improve sending notifications since even last years updates such as monthly contributions and loan payments are still being repeatedly sent by the app. This happens every month sending more than 10 notifications even though you do not have any transaction.
