Passionails is your new favorite hangout place for your mani/pedis with the gal pals or if you want to relax and rejuvenate. Lay Bare Plus goes beyond hair-removal with the range of skin treatments made to make our clients look and feel their best and if you’re planning to give yourself an extra TLC, Silk by Lay Bare is a waxing boutique dedicated to offering premium waxing services and carefully-curated skincare treatments.

HOW IT WORKS
It’s pretty simple actually! First, register with your complete details. Select the service your wish to book, choose the branch, date, time, and staff. Come on time for your appointment and don’t forget to leave feedback after your service to let us know how we’re doing.

App is great for booking

I love the app since I can book right away it’s just that some parts aren’t loading. I wish that those with a latter version of iOS who chose not to update could still use the app and will not be prompted to update the app. Which makes it unusable for those with lower version of iOS. Because they couldn’t use the app unless they update.

App isn’t too useful imo

I didn’t find this app so helpful due to the following reasons:
1. It doesn’t lessen the manual procedure. Actual store experience, had to fill up details already given during the app registration to secure your slot, and for the issuance of receipt. It rescinds the entire online appointment process.
2. Promotions in the app aren’t updated or do not reflect the actual promotion availability of selected branch.
3. App doesn’t reflect available payment option(s) of selected branch.
One example is the 5+1 Kili-Kilay which was no longer available in SM Fairview branch when i visited, same day appointment by app. And same branch does not accept card payment. I had to go out from the store to withdraw some cash for the payment.

It’s poorly made to think they’re are mandating it to clients

The app has too many issues that I’m considering to stop being a client. I’ve heard other clients having different issues too whenever I’m in their branches. Each page is asking to open my location settings. I also cannot leave any comments when rating because the page is stuck and the submit button was not working whenever I typed comments, it only let me submit my rating when I kept the comments section blank.

This is too frustrating. Now I’m trying to book an appointment but the page just keeps freezing. A similar issue I heard from a different client who had to refresh the app on her phone for an hour until she’s reached the branch.
