The worst

The app was working relatively fine until I was logged off from my existing account and asked to change my password. I did, and when I tried logging on, I was directed to a “create an account” page. I already have an account like I said, so I opted for the “log-in” button again. When I did, it reverted me AGAIN to the create an account page. I repeated the cycle several times until such moment when I was ready to throw my phone out of frustration. Tried using my laptop and it was the same stupid thing. I now can’t access my account and see my points, how my spending, and how much I still need to maintain a prestige card. Useless app and useless dvelopers. Seriously, SM is a billion peso company and probably the richest in the country and you have no budget for a decent and working app. My goodness. All that money for nothing.

The SMAC app improved and there is still a lot of room for improvement

I have an existing SMAC account way back 2011 but forgot my password already since it was already a long time ago so I tried to choose the option “forgot password” and entered my SMAC number but it says my account does not exist. Fortunately, my fiancee told me the workaround for this which is to create again an account and once created, that is the time I can link my SMAC and it worked. Hihi, thanks for that. Anyways for the app, it did improve and I was able to link my SMAC and determine its points. There is still a lot of room for improvement. Just keep up the good work, devs 👍

UNABLE TO LINK MY CARD, VERIFY MY EMAIL & UPDATE MY PROFILE

Unfortunately, I am required to give a STAR. I have no plans of giving a single star for this app! Why am I having a had time to link my card, verify my email and update my profile?!?! I receive OTPs and whenever I click "Verify", nothing happens or there's a "Session timed out" error message!!! How come?!? I put the number right away!!! The page doesn't load nor change!!! So what, I'm stuck to that page?!?! I've tried this multiple times, did some basic troubleshooting and it's still doing the same thing!!! FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
