Better than uber
I’m new using lyft and Immediately loved it. Booked twice the same day and got nice and friendly drivers. Same day booked 2 uber rides and had one cancelled me coz he cant find my location and anther one letting me off in the middle of heavy rain just because he refused to drive up the hotel ramp leading to the lobby.
Wrong billing to passenger
Today, Feb 3, at about 10 am, I booked a ride from 5 repton place Watertown to Assembly Square in Somerville.
The GPS of Lyft was out of order and misled the driver Benjamin to a private house in Somerville.
Even the driver was confused that the GPS was guiding him astray. So he disconnected the Lyft navigation and used his on Google maps.
He got me to the right place finally but now I’m being billed extra for the mistake of the Lyft navigation. This is totally unfair considering I was inconvenience and my time was wasted. I was late for my appointment because of the wrong navigation. It’s double jeopardy if i am being charged extra now for the navigation error. Assembly Square mall is a very popular destination and the driver should not get lost. Please cancel this wrong billing and charge me $ 20 as originally agreed.

Even i was talking a lot and when I got out of the car. I apologized but for talking too much. He said “ no problem, not worry about it “. I am a 100% disabled veteran and he was so respectful to me
