I just tried your trial and when i wanted to cancel your app is not loading for some so i did not have the option to cancel it. And when my gcash account received money for my daughter’s birthday, this thief app just automatically charged me with a full year of service that i never signed up for! When i could not cancel it i deleted the app but it still charged my account the full year! You’re horrible I hope no one would download this app anymore!

I would like to inform you that I have already canceled my one-year subscription to MakeupPlus; however, the cancellation does not seem to be reflecting on my account. It still indicates that my subscription is set to expire in August 2025. This issue is preventing me from downloading and updating anything from the App Store.I have already emailed your support team and submitted a report, but I have not received any response to my email.
