Updated to use .Net Maui from Xamarin.Forms

Misc fixes for corrupted settings file, and not returning to home screen when adding first project. Fixed issue when default project is old project file format.

This is a complete rewrite, bringing the ability to have multiple vouchers, and record audio if supported by the project you are submitting to.

Removing HM branding in screenshots to avoid confusion.

Fixed case sensitivity in searches and changed time format to be compatible with mysql DATETIME column rather than be a UTC time stamp.
