It really is a good game. I’ve gained friends just from playing. From all the trading, shutdowns, and heists. It’s easily a stress reliever. However, the album completion is super hard to finish because other stickers are hard to obtain. I’m really hoping you could help me in completing the album while it’s just hours away from the end of this season. I’ve been playing this game to really forget about the stress in my life and surprisingly it’s effective. My last 2 Gold Stickers are Seal of Approval, 5 star gold sticker from set 18 (ICY ABODES), and Brisk Basilisk, 4 star gold sticker from set 20 (CROSSING WATERS). I really do hope you help me complete this before the season ends. Thank you very much

I admit this game can be fun, but there are more times it was frustrating. I’ve been playing for about 3 seasons now and have even joined groups for sticker tradings, even made acquaintances with a few people which is nice. But a lot of us agree that the game doesn’t give much of the rewards as much as its challenges. I do get that they’re challenges for a reason but the compensation doesn’t balance it out. This is not a tech problem, although there are times the game can be buggy but they do try to fix it, but rather some thoughts about how the game is. There are even a lot of people who opt to cheat which makes the game no fun for those who are playing fairly, and honestly I cannot blame them. There are also a lot of people who are already down to their last sticker but no matter how many challenges they surpass, it gives you the very same sticker. The last few daily challenges of the December season, they kept giving the same set of stickers and only kept having the option of exchanges of those in the very same album. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I was talking to the Customer Service to retrieve my lost progress. They asked me for the exact amount of money and dice left in there. And also, the receipt of the last purchase I made. I told them honestly that I haven't purchased and that I don't remember the exact amount but I tried and give one that I remember and that was the time they told me that I cannot retrieve my account since I don't have the correct information. I was at level 29k and just need 1 gold sticker for my album. I lost it because my fb got suspended for a day and even if my account was logged in independently there, I still cannot access it cause for some reason, it got logged out because of the status of my fb. I really thought it's independent. I was so shocked I lost all those achievements just because I don't have those details and I told them maybe they will assist me better if I have frequent purchase in the app.

The next thing I know, my alternate account magically went from level 4k to 0.

Really scopely? This is how you respond with feedbacks. Instead of assisting me better, you restart my progress to my alternate account.

That's really so disappointing. I'm not sure if it's Kenneth(customer rep) who did or it's because of your policy but it's really disappointing. I might have to share it with my friends and the community much more the ones who purchase to your app. That they have to take note of those details so they get help when they loose their progress.
