I would like to file a complaint and lawsuit also about this application! I already submitted a claim on NBI Cybercrime, NPC, SEC and PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group about this illegal shark loan! They makes us borrowers prone to abuse, like additional extra charges at any time, and non-stop verbal abuse, harassment, and cyber libel! They even mentioned and threatened that would contact and include our family with their disrespectful words and attitude! In addition, I was able to check the SEC registration no. on their loan app but not match the Securities and Exchange Commission registered list (SEC) instead on the said Lending corporation. In addition, they don't have a written loan agreement upon approval of a specific amount and didn't provide proper breakdowns of fees and no record of their borrowers' repayments which I find suspicious at all! Lastly, they have Uunfair debt collection practices and they also pressure their customers even if the day is not yet over they continue adding more high interest that is not under the law! I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible to remove these illegal shark loans on Appstore and also on other platforms so that they won't be able to scam other people as well! They caused us emotional damage and threats every day which is inhumane!

Been using the app since last year, nung una wala naman problema i was happy with it kase napala friendly user plus unang loan nila is super baba ng interest. Then nung nagka emergency ako and i need extra funds sinubukan ko mag loan ulit which is pang 5th na and guess what? Rejected so i wated 7days and nung nag try ulit ako ayun rejected ulit. Then sobra pa kung maka flood ng message a day before ng due date na akalamo tatakbuhan mo sila. I do not recommend this app anymore which i was before! UNINSTALL BYE!

Just a warning to anyone planning to download this, they don’t allow you to delete your account and will bombard you with text and offers! Even my references got the text message!! Do not download the app it’s a phishing app! They collect your info only!
