App saya i need to put in the dock, it’s already in the dock but still won’t work. Probably a firmware problem! Also my dyson v11 is not working too when i press the red button it sounds like the motor gets stuck. Expensive product, looks futuristic but all in all the product is not worth it, it is easily broken plus the dyson local service center won’t accept imported dyson products. What the heck? Dyson is flvery expensive but won’t service their own product!

Hi. Thank you for leaving us a review regarding your connected product. Sorry to hear you've had issues connecting to your product. This could be due to a couple of factors. Product location compared to the router and/or loss of connection to the Dyson Cloud. Please unplug your product from the power supply and try moving it to another location, wait 10 minutes before plugging it back in. This should help to re-establish the connection. Regarding your non-connected V11 - It sounds like you have a blockage, this is usually represented by a pulsing noise. wont connect - support is useless

i have tp09 formaldehyde and cannot connect to the app. Local Support (email) says to try again which i did countless times thats why im asking the support team for help. Told me that they are migrating to a new app called My Dyson thats why im having a problem. Does not make sense to stop adding devices to the current Dyson Link app. USA support is also useless, just throw me to local support again which will just loop the process.
Dyson Airwrap Not Pairing With App

My newly bought (2-day old) dyson airwrap is stuck at the pairing stage in this app. Now I have to travel to their service center and wait in line for hours before i can just get a glimpse of hope if they can replace it or not. All this hassle after just 2 DAYS and paying a premium for this so called “premium brand”. What a scam
