Kuyas are so far respectful, resourceful, and make extra effort to get what I requested for. I haven’t been assigned an Ate so I can’t review that yet. Please continue to improve and keep up the good work! Happy customer here. I have promoted your app service to my family, friends and colleagues 😊

It is so saddening that this app actually of great help and the Kuyas (the rider/assistant) are all nice. however it was soooo difficult troubleshooting their payment method. I encountered problem with my credit card so the due payment was actually rejected and when I called the bank and fixed everything and was told by my bank that the card is now functioning well, the myKuya app still doesn’t accept my card. I don’t know whether my account is on freeze or they just can’t do something about it. They also have poor customer service. They are so hard to reach! They don’t even have a hotline, their messenger is a failure too. It took me days before I figured out where should I address my complaints. And then here comes their suport team via email who kept on insisting to call my bank and ask them for help! They did not help me at all..so I am getting tired trying to fix this issue on my own (since they’re not helping) so I just decided to delete the app and I don’t recommend this at all.
PS: I was able to use this card in other online transactions only in this app it doesn’t accept.
Very helpful app
I like how this app works. I always get to book respectful and honest riders. Their customer service is also superb. So far, they never fail to attend to my queries. I just have some points to raise regarding the app itself, the in-app messaging does not update sometimes, I have to leave the screen and revisit again to get the latest ones. Whenever I send a new message, the screen won’t automatically scroll down to the newest messages. But these not critical bugs and there are workarounds for these issues so I’m still able to utilize the app. Thanks My Kuya and kudos to your customer service reps for being so reliable and being on top of things. I really love using your app specially during this time of lockdown 😊😊😊
