this looks like a scammer
you spend a lot of time, find an acceptable option and proceed to design.... Next comes an annoying offer of more than 10 types of “services” and you, of course, refuse them... then you proceed to enter your card details and, after entering all your personal data, click “buy”. What's next? - and then they tell you the price has changed and show you almost double the amount asking you to agree with it... such applications have no place in the App Store. By the way, I recorded the whole process and can send screenshots as proof
MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I wasted my money from booking in mytrip! They sent me an email two weeks before my flight schedule informing me that my flight has been cancelled by the airline. They suggested that I should request for a refund and so I did, on the same day that they informed me. However, upon checking with airline, my flight was never cancelled. The worst part was mytrip did not process my refund. Needless to say, I was and will never be refunded. Plus, their agents have trouble understanding basic English. MYTRIP SHOULD BE SUED FOR A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Scam
I paid for a cancellable flight.. I cancelled the flight and was able to get back 90% of the amount as a voucher that can be used only my trip app..
When the time comes that I have to use the voucher, they will not use the whole 90% to deduct on the flight cost.. only 87% will be usd.. In the end you have to pay additional cost 15% more..
This happened to me on 2 different vouchers..
Another incident, after choosing a cheap flight and when finally I am at the part of paying, the price will increase by almost 30% more.. And since I have a discount voucher to use, I dont have choice but to accept the increase…
Not good..
