BAD SERVICE! INEFFICIENT APP! NEEDS SO MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN REAL TIME TRANSACTION UPDATE
There was a customer named daniel and we almost have the same issue. In my part i withdrew funds from a trading app and deposited it back since i wanted to change the amount left on my trading acct. However on my second attempt to withdraw funds from the trading app i was expecting to receive the funds as fast as my first withdrawal was since there was no system error nor internet connection problems. This isn’t the first time i had issues with paymaya. The other one is when i cancelled my grab booking (i used my paymaya to pay), charged my account because i booked but never refunded the amount once i cancelled. I asked them twice about this issue and telling me it was grab’s fault but if the system was that efficient i don’t have to call grab every time i cancelled my booking to get refund. I’ve been using this app for some time and was actually happy at first because it was convenient but if this issue keeps on happening i will deactivate my account and look for other similar and efficient mobile wallet. Also your customer service is worse because no one answers your phone (this is similar to banking transaction and we expect that customer service should be 24/7) and no one answers your paymaya cares support in fb messenger.
App is great but service is not
I really loved PayMaya because it is very convenient for online purchases. It was a lot of help when the Covid lockdown started because I do my groceries online and pay using Paymaya. That was until I received a text message that my virtual card was deactivated because I haven’t used it for 30 days, which is not true because I did my groceries just a few days before. Opened the app and saw that I was supposed to upgrade my account. I tried to do so but it requires specific types of IDs which I currently don’t have and am unable to get due to the lockdown. I emailed customer service why my account was deactivated in the first place and if they can give me an exception for the ID due to the situation. I got a response that my card expired, which again is not true because I remember using my card for purchase and the expiry date is not anytime soon. After explaining that in my response, I did not hear back from them for about 3 weeks now. This is such an inconvenience at such a critical time. I have money in the account that I cannot use because I cannot upgrade. And they have been ignoring me everywhere. I will probably uninstall once I get my money back.
Make your app trustworthy really
Comeon this is related to people’s money. It has to be perfect. I tried donating money for covid then I checked out, then it asks me to enter my credentials again to pay via paymaya wallet. Why?? I am already using the app which I am already logged in. Let’s say that is a security feature.. you have to make it clear for the users that transaction is asking for credentials for revalidation purposes only or simply explain and display the reason why I am being asked for my credentials again! That is plain common sense or else it feels like I am being redirected to a hoax site that will phish my money and have it wired to some criminal scheme. Make your app trustworthy, really! So I entered my credentials on ‘that’ then nothing happened no error message whatsoever just reloaded the page and had my credentials removed and I dont know what’s going on! Suddenly OTP notification was sent to my number and I dont know why!!! Am I expecting that??? What was tthe OTP for? I have absolutely no idea because your app isn’t designed smart enough. Guysss comeon.. who ever did this... lacks customer’s point of view. Update your UX. should i try using your app for making donations? I dont know.
