I have a very very bad experience with this bank especially for customer service...not well recommended customer service is so trash been calling and calling since i’m having issues with my online acct i’m trying to reset my password its just that the phone number that was registered to my acct is no longer active since that phone was stolen ive called them april 18 with refernce number AJA6663 to update my phone number i was assited and told to wait for 2 days and its been 7 days now and counting i’ve called in again to check status since havent recieved any response customer was so rude and ive been transferred to 5 different people been staying on the line for an hour very very frustrating and i’m so upset that no one could get hold of this issue this is very simple and all of those people stupid dont even know how to emphatize with thier frustrated customer!!!i’m gonna gave you 0 score forever!

Easy and Convenient
Using this app does what it says. However, there were times that I was unable to login with my finger scan. Also, when I click on Support link on Appstore, I am directed to the website and not to support chat or email. I hope there is a way to contact online instead of by phone.
Right now, I am also unable to send money via Instapay because the “Transfer” button does not fit the app screen. It used to appear on the bottom of the screen but it is gone now. The screen cannot be scrolled up to see the button, unabling me to click on it.
Maybe the app needs to be updated since most apps on my iphone updated today.
Why was the UI completely overhauled?
Personally, I believe UnionBank has the most superior mobile banking app out there interface (ease-of-use) and aesthetics wise. I woke up one day and to my surprise the whole thing was overhauled. I simply don’t understand why you had to change what was already, PERFECTLY fine. To the font choice, size even to the extent of changing the hue of the orange to an obviously more darker shade which in my opinion, strikes me as ‘old’ looking. Don’t get me wrong, I run through the app and it seemed like it still had all its great functions but the user-experience for me really dipped after all the changes. I always boast about having a UB account that HAD the BEST UI to my friends who had crappy apps by different banks but now that this happened I dont think i’d be doing that often.
