At its worst but can be better
The app is so messy. Example, paying for our electric bill, the app only allows digits in which the account number of the billing statement has more. The old app used to have a very nice and organized My Favorites but now it is so hassle. Hiding the other accounts seems impossible to do coz you will be waiting for an OTP to arrive forever. There are so many glitches to mention. You should check on your app. And you should have not removed your desktop version to access our accounts. Coz sometimes it is quicker to open our account when in our pc or notebooks. Please check your app and improve asap. The new one seems to look like gcash but just the worst functionality. This app can be great, just improve and test it well. Thanks!

Worst bank to open an account
I did open an account using the mobile app. I did it mid of February 2022. I also requested and upgrade of my account from Starter to Lite and until now mid of March 2022 it is not upgraded. They will tell you that it will take 10days to process, I believe it has been more than 10days.
How hard is it to upgrade an account?
They tell you that they will send a feedback of the request but you will not receive any until you do a follow up on their facebook messenger support. If you do that, they will tell you again that they will give you feedback and the cycle never ends.
End of story, you will not receive any feedback. I am still doing follow up up to this moment and guess what? They told me that they will me feedback again. What a joke.
Hard to access online
Why the up took so long to wait for OTP to send and still i wait for nothing to receive.. and the resend of request for OTP message will take 300seconds to wait but still I didn’t receive any message. How can i register my account online? Pls help and fix this problem with the app admin. Thanks
