Auto exit , it doesnt work on iOS 16
I can’t access my perahub App on my device. I visited the branch where I bought the card and they said its because of my phone. I have an iOS 16. I hope it’ll work soon because as per the agent of the store, she will report it. I will give another review once this app will work

THE APP TAKE MY MONEY
Literally during bank transfer, I attempt to transfer my funds to gcash, the app says I have insufficient balance! So I immediately modify the amount and deduct the fees but still have the same result!! Then I refresh the app and relogin to the account, when I got back in the funds are no longer in the account nor I received any amount!!! I contacted the support provide relevant proofs and asked me repeatedly about the information I already provided in the email, which makes it worst!
After providing it to their team, i kindly ask for quick resolution and they say they will escalate it, but nothing happened and instruct me to wait up to 10 WORKING DAYS??? Are you serious? YOUR UP CRASHES AND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT ME THAT LONG??? I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS???
ILL NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN NEITHER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER SOLVED!
Changing my rating from 1 to 5 star. The issue with reference number is that it changed. I used my cellphone number to register my account, then my Customer ID Number appeared. I called the customer service and the Customer Reference Number IS the Customer ID, so I tried to use it but then it wouldn’t accept it so I re-installed the app and logged in. The Customer ID changed and when I inputted the Customer ID Number as the Customer Reference Number, it worked. I suggest other people having a hard time accessing the app do the same.
