Useless app
It’s 2024, we’re approaching AI renaissance but here we are in the Philippines. Mobile development and businesses are still lagginng to crack a great mobile experience. Let me break it down.
1. I registered the pvc card via SMS with all of my particulars, but when I installed the app, I was ask again with such a laborious process to fill in my particulars again. Imagine typinbg thru a small touchpad with all the info. Terrible UX. Plus, mobile is supposed to be a breeze to use not painful
2. After successfully registered for some time only to find out that my pvc card wasn’t automatically linked. I mean, you asked me to register via sms and also in your app, but still require me to add the pvc number manually. 😡.
Okay, now I tried to add the pvc number manually and your system wouldn’t even accept the card number. I just throw a generic error message card is not valid. How frustrating… 🤬
3. After several days, I launched the app again, but it only shows the spinning loader of please wait… Unbelievable.
Pieces of advice, Petron is big business. If you launch an app or anything that’s digital or in the Internet, you should treat it with delicate care and with customer service in mind. If you can’t, it’s better not to have a digital presence than to have a trash experience and WASTING PEOPLES TIME

Not able to login via facebook
Before you released an update for the petron app I was able to login via my facebook account.
After the update, I can no longer login. I am now required to create an account but since I only use 1 email, it does not allow me to create an account. It says that the email has already been used.
Petron, if your app is not broken please don’t fix it

Broken
Cannot login even if uninstall and install, stuck in getting started, it used to work before update —- after email and giving some information, it was fixed
