Customer service are just repeating their templates.

The app will take a lot of refreshing before syncing. Design-wise it's good. But what disappoints me is the hassle when it comes to syncing and disputing the rewards. ALSO terrible email customer service, it's been 10 days since I emailed and included the screenshots of my steps, yet they keep asking for it again. The old app is so much BETTER.


NSync (Not Syncing) 🙄

If you are moving to an entirely new app, at least to have a beta version just in case there is an issue with this app. It seems that it will not sync all your steps regardless if you open your app everyday. Comparing it to the previous app, at least the former app syncs my steps, but with this one, not at all! You will have to report it to their customer service just to acknowledge it. At least make it automatic to sync the steps.

This might not apply to all but in terms of loggin in, it doesn’t not auto-log in or even require my facial recognition ID. I’m an IOS user. Not sure with others.

This might be a learning curve to this new app, but this should undergo a comprehensive testing or else you will receive tons of complaints. 😉

Do not download this app

This is the worst app to replace the perfectly working app. Please complete the testing before forcing everyone to update to this buggy app. I have missed three vouchers since downloading this app. There is a new questionnaire to fill on how healthy you are and despite filling it three times now the support keeps asking me to refill it. Additionally the synching of steps does not work. It randomly recognises on some days. In the last three weeks I had completed steps in at least 5 - 6 days but the app only shows randomly 1-2 days of step completion. The help and support is completely useless they only have a standard answer to compete the how healthy you are questionnaire and even if you have completed it that is the only response
