Crappy service, crappy credit card process

The app is cute and ordering is easy. I have scheduled my order for the next day 11am-12noon and paid via credit card. Close to 12noon, i started to chat with their support for status as the status i’m seeing is still “new”. Shopping has not even been done. I got the standard response “Thank you! Let me go ahead and check on this one.”. 20 minutes later I got an sms advising that I was sent an email, check and reply so they can proceed. I checked and replied and had not heard back. I asked for status on chat at past 1pm and was greeted “Hello! Good day, how can I help you today?”. They claim to not seeing the response I sent via email, so I resent. No response to the email. I asked for new ETA via chat and was told “Please wait for response to your email”. After a while, I got “Hello! It's been 6-minutes since your last response. To assist other customers, I'll be closing our chat now. Please feel free to contact us again should you have any other questions. Enjoy your day!”.

I also work in a BPO but we take ownership of the issues we handle. It seems their priority is to just reply in a standard way as soon as they can. I don’t think it even qualifies for average handle time, as the issue was not handled. Abandonment was what I experienced - twice on chat, twice on email, and once on sms, all for 1 transaction. :(

I hope they’ll be able to resolve their support issue as the shops and products they have are good.

App of a kind!

Initially, what caught my attention was its colorful and creative page especially with that unicorn logo through IG as I do not usually request for deliveries. When I started navigating it, by far, it is one of the most user-friendly and easy on the eyes apps I’ve ever tried! It does not disappoint especially during the current situation right now when it is not advisable to go out - yet it helps a lot of people in a more convenient and peaceful way in which also helps provide means of income for our riders. From grocery to restaurants to pharmacy to fastfood chains, you’ll never go wrong! It will even support your pet needs too! Since I started ordering my grocery and food needs via this app, it made my life easier and it really saves me time and effort too. This app helps every corner of every need of everyday life. Their customer support service is also helpful and responsive especially when I raised a concern in which was settled with an utmost form of sense of urgency! From convenience to promotions, this is definitely a go-to app! So love it and will keep loving it. Salute Pick.A.Roo, my longest relationship will be with you!

One App for Everything

This app came at the right time when people are still wary on going out because of the pandemic. Now I don't have to go out to get stuff for the house. I can order grocery, medicine, fresh produce, booze, electronics & appliances, hardware stuff, toys for the kids! Just about anything really. And I don't have to wait a few days to get my order. I can have it delivered within an hour if I need them immediately or schedule it in advance. A lot of payment options too! I pay thru credit card, cash on delivery and even gcash. Customer service at it's finest! I feel like I have my personal buttler. The shoppers are knowledgeable and the riders come in neat and are very courteous.

What more can I ask for? Maybe an on demand services next time? Or clothing perhaps? Who knows?! Pickaroo seem to have a lot of aces up its sleeve and I can wait to be bedazzled by this awesome app!
