Crashing app
I've been using poppo for almost 10months now, i did not encounter any problem at all, until it's last update. I cannot open my account anymore it keeps on crashing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalled again, but it is still the same it crashes all the time. Can you fix this please? Thank you so much.
DISAPPOINTING
It gets your hopes up that for 7 days you’ll be getting new host benefits. Later on I was informed that I violated “rules”, and my new host benefits were cancelled. When i asked about my violations, they gave me a long list of violations which wasn’t stated on their Live Task Level Details.
The Live Task Level Details doesn’t mention about the policies— DOs ans DONT’S, rather it just gives you basic rules in doing daily tasks. You’ll only find out the policies when you’ve already done the violation, which by the way, when I asked which policy did I violate, they just mentioned “… for not meeting the requirements mentioned in the policies” . Kinda ironic since they earlier mentioned that they have “special reviewers” who check new hosts one by one blah blah so much bs. Exploits money from you. Not worth it.

This app is not good. because their host cant quit to their agency when they like.. even the agency is not good at the host. they can do something about it. only the agency have a power in this app. host is not free to leave weather she like it or not. she dont have choice, their quiting blah blah is just useless, if their agency wont let them approved to quit.. there is no options also to delete the account, even u suspended it for a long time. you can still use the app. unlike other app. that there is option that you cant create new one... i hope you do action about the host that want to quit their Agency...
