Awesome
I just renewed my 3 mos. subscription and so far I don’t have any problems with their service. No unwanted disconnection the whole time I am connected to their server.
Stay away from this company. Bad VPN service and slow customer service
I have had the same issue happen to me at least 4 times and I reported it 3 times.
My issue was that I could not connect to my desired VPN location, while other locations I was able to connect. All three times the issue happened, they insisted that the VPN server was up and running. It would resolve itself in about 48 hours, but as a service provider, having a 48 hour downtime three times a month is unacceptable. On the third time I reported the issue, they finally acknowledged there was an issue on that server, after about 24 hours since I opened up the ticket.
They told me it was a hardware issue on the server. Servers have redundancy so if there were any hardware issues, they should’ve gotten a notification from the server, and the server should have failed over to any backup. This should be true, unless the hardware they are running the vpn on has no redundancy- if that’s the case, stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I now have the same issue again and no one has yet replied to me. I was assured the last time that the likelihood of the issue happening again was low. I am trying to get a refund for the one year I paid, but I doubt I will. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not use this app.
